2. Research-Only Use

Fundalytics is provided strictly for informational and research purposes. Content, analytics, rankings, screeners, charts, and model outputs are educational in nature.

Fundalytics is not investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or accounting advice.

3. No Financial Advice

Fundalytics does not act as a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or fiduciary. Nothing on the platform is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.

You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and should consult licensed professionals before acting on any information.

4. Beta Program Terms

Beta access is temporary and may be changed, suspended, or revoked at any time. Unless otherwise stated, beta access is limited to 30 days from activation.

Invite codes are personal, non-transferable, and may be restricted by email, usage count, and expiration date.

5. Data and Platform Accuracy

Market, company, and fundamental data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, abuse, security risks, non-payment, or beta policy violations.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
